All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for books, card decks, workbooks, downloadable materials, training supplies, or any other products purchased through our online store.

Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
